All sales are subject to Trident Custom Rods LLC’s Refund and Return Policy. Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms of the applicable policy. Custom-made, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products may be non-refundable once production has begun. Eligible refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping, handling, custom-work, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from any approved refund. Trident Custom Rods LLC reserves the right to deny a refund when products have been used, damaged, altered, improperly handled, or returned outside the applicable return period. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided to consumers under applicable law.
